Anything in your recycling that is NOT on our accepted items list of the Recycling Guide will result in a disposal fee added to your next months invoice (fee starts at $10)

Any additional bags put out over your agreed upon service will be charged at $8 per bag. You do NOT need to ask. As long as it is in a clear bag it will be picked up and you will be charged accordingly. 

If your recycling is not out on time, resulting in missed service, pickup will be on your next scheduled day

All bins/bags must be left at the road/curbside for pickup. Any other placement of bins/bags must be previously agreed by manager (Adriano Lupini). 

If you are providing your own bags, they must be transparent plastic (preferably blue recycling bags), no larger than 33 gallons (125 litres)

All bags must be securely tied closed.

Anything left outside of the bag, except over-sized cardboard (minimum of 18x18 inches), will be left. No loose recycling will be taken.

A reminder that everything must be clean and free of food or mold. If items are contaminated and need to be disposed of, there will be a disposal fee added to your next months invoice (fee starts at $10)

Our goal is for all of our clients to know what is and is not acceptable so that no one is charged extra service fees. Please make sure everyone in your household understands what can be included in your recycling and that is must be clean.
